The year 2009 also represented a defining moment in the Company’s history when it was entrusted by the Prime Minister of Vietnam and the People’s Committee of Thai Binh Province to serve as the investor for the construction of the road connecting Thai Binh Province and Ha Nam Province with the Cau Gie – Ninh Binh Expressway. With a total investment of VND 4,721 billion, the project demonstrated Phuong Anh’s capability to successfully deliver large-scale infrastructure developments and further reinforced its reputation and position within Vietnam’s construction industry.
