Under the leadership of entrepreneur Hoang Thi Phuong, after 22 years of development, Phuong Anh Investment Construction and Trading Co., Ltd. has grown into a large-scale enterprise and become one of the reputable investors undertaking numerous major projects and infrastructure developments across various provinces and cities.
The Company’s notable projects include:
- The road connecting Thai Binh and Ha Nam provinces with the Cau Gie – Ninh Binh Expressway
- Thai Binh Coastal Road Project
- The road connecting Phu Yen and Gia Lai provinces
- Queen City Urban Area Project (Kien Giang Province)
- The upgrading project of the road connecting Lang Am Bridge to Nhan Muc Bridge, Vinh Bao District (Hai Phong City)
- Provincial Road No. 208 (Cao Bang Province)
- The raw water transmission pipeline project from Dau Tieng Reservoir to Ho Chi Minh City
Notably, at the end of 2021, Phuong Anh Group successfully inaugurated, energized, and officially commissioned the Hoa Binh 1 and Hoa Binh 2 Wind Power Plant Projects (Bac Lieu Province) — one of the largest offshore wind power complexes in Vietnam. This milestone marked a significant turning point, opening a new direction for the Company in investing in clean energy production and contributing to the country’s sustainable energy development.
Alongside its business and production activities, Phuong Anh Investment Construction and Trading Co., Ltd. has actively participated in humanitarian and charitable initiatives.
In Thai Binh Province, the Company sponsored the construction of Minh Tan Primary School with a total value of VND 5 billion. Following natural disasters and floods in many provinces and cities, the Company has consistently been among the leading enterprises providing timely support and assistance to affected communities.
Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, Phuong Anh demonstrated strong commitment and leadership in supporting local authorities in disease prevention and control efforts.
In April 2020, at the peak of the COVID-19 outbreak, the Company donated two ventilators and ten patient monitoring systems to Thai Binh Province, providing timely support for pandemic response activities.
In November 2021, when the pandemic situation became increasingly complicated in Thai Binh with a rapid increase in infections, Phuong Anh promptly donated 10,000 COVID-19 test kits, valued at VND 600 million, to the Thai Binh Department of Health, Kien Xuong District, and Minh Tan Commune.
Recognizing the Company’s outstanding achievements in business operations and its strong sense of social responsibility, on December 29, 2021, Ms. Hoang Thi Phuong – General Director of Phuong Anh Investment Construction and Trading Co., Ltd. was honored with the title:
“Outstanding Vietnamese Female Entrepreneur – Golden Rose Cup” for the 6th time.
Previously, General Director Hoang Thi Phuong had also received numerous prestigious awards and honors, including:
- Thanh Giong Cup
- Golden Rose Cup – awarded for six consecutive times
- “Female General of Peacetime” Title
- Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister of Vietnam
- Third-Class Labor Medal awarded by the President of Vietnam
