Provincial Leaders Attend and Extend New Year Greetings at the Bính Ngọ Spring Opening Ceremony 2026 of Phuong Anh Investment Construction and Trading Co., Ltd.
On the evening of February 25, provincial leaders attended and extended their congratulations at the Bính Ngọ Spring Opening Ceremony 2026 held at Phuong Anh Investment Construction and Trading Co., Ltd. (Hoa Binh 1 Wind Power Plant, located in Vinh Hau Commune).
The ceremony was attended by Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Ho Hai; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council Pham Van Thieu; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Lu Quang Ngoi; and Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau Province Ho Thanh Thuy.
At the beginning-of-year Spring Opening Ceremony, representatives of Phuong Anh Investment Construction and Trading Co., Ltd. (the Company) stated that during the period from 2017 to 2025, the Company successfully completed and commercially operated a portfolio of three wind power projects, including:
- Hoa Binh 1 Wind Power Project
- Hoa Binh 1 Wind Power Project – Phase 2
- Hoa Binh 2 Wind Power Project
with a combined installed capacity of 150 MW and a total investment capital of approximately VND 8.2 trillion.
The projects have achieved an average annual electricity output of approximately 450 million kWh. As of early 2026, the total accumulated electricity generation connected to the national grid reached nearly 2 billion kWh, with cumulative revenue of approximately VND 5 trillion and contributions to the State budget of nearly VND 400 billion.
In addition, the Company is also developing a model combining wind power development with eco-tourism, contributing to local employment generation and enhancing the value of regional service industries.
Speaking at the ceremony, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Ho Hai highly appreciated and commended the Company’s efforts in investing in and effectively operating renewable energy projects. He emphasized that the Company’s contributions have played an important role in promoting socio-economic development, supporting the transition of the energy structure, and creating sustainable livelihoods for coastal communities.
The Secretary expressed his expectation that the Company will continue to pursue sustainable development, expand investment activities, improve production and business efficiency, actively participate in social welfare programs, and enhance the living standards of employees and local communities.
On the occasion of the Bính Ngọ New Year, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee extended his best wishes for health, happiness, and success to all employees of the Company and their families.
Representing the Company, Ms. Hoang Thi Phuong – Chairwoman of the Members’ Council and General Director of Phuong Anh Investment Construction and Trading Co., Ltd. sincerely expressed her appreciation for the continuous support and guidance from the Provincial Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, relevant departments, agencies, and local authorities throughout the investment and development process.
The Company also reaffirmed its commitment to expanding investment in renewable energy projects, developing wind power and solar power projects integrated with eco-tourism and service activities, creating more employment opportunities, increasing State budget contributions, and accompanying the province in achieving its green growth objectives.
